Veterans Day (like Memorial Day) is more than a day off from school and work. It’s different from other holidays. The Terre Haute Veterans Day Parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall. Click HERE to see the complete parade route.

At the Terre Haute Children’s Museum, active and retired military will receive free admission on Veterans Day. All other guests have a discounted admission price of $5 per person.

Pirate School at Hatfield Hall. During the show, the bumbling pirate professor Billy Bones teaches youngsters how to be good pirates with zany lessons on how to stand, talk, sing and laugh like jaunty Buccaneers.

All military personnel (active, reserve, ROTC, etc) can receive a free haircut at John Stadler’s Barbershop on Veterans Day.

Veterans receive a free oil change at NAPA AutoCare Center.
