As the season changes, we’re busy working on over a dozen holiday posts! These posts remind us that it is TRULY the most wonderful time of the year!
To kick off the holiday fun, today we’re sharing our list of 2024 Wabash Valley holiday parades. Because what better way to kick off the season than by watching Santa float into town? (Don’t forget! Our nearby neighbors in IL operate on CENTRAL time.)

2024 Wabash Valley Holiday Parades
Saturday, November 30. 5th Annual Hometown Christmas in BRAZIL with shopping, tree lighting, and scavenger hunt! The Clay County Chamber of Commerce and Brazil Main Street invite you to the 5th Annual Hometown Christmas! Parade (on Friday, November 29). Free Train Rides.. Free Hot Chocolate courtesy of The Farm & Co. Santa arrives at 4pm.Meet the reindeer at The Laundry Station!
Saturday, November 30. Christmas in Paris. Cookies and canvas, sidewalk chalk lions and leos, letters to Santa, breakfast with Santa, lunch with Santa, pictures with Santa, storytime with Mrs. Claus, dinner with Santa, free movie (The Polar Express), festival of trees, touch a truck, family yard games, scavenger hunt, kids temporary tattoos, lights of the tree, and lighted Christmas Parade.
Friday, December 6. Candy Canes on Main in CASEY, IL. The event kicks off with a fantastic lighted Parade that travels through downtown Casey, Illinois with Santa arriving via a Fire Truck. Other highlights include Santa reading ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas, star light shopping, inflatable bumper cars, and more!
Saturday, December 7. “Light Your Way” Parade for Miracle on 7th Street..
Saturday, December 7. Cloverdale Christmas Tractor Parade.
Saturday, December 7. MainStreet Rockville Hometown Holidays. Parade of lights on Saturday at 6pm, Santas on the Square 1 mile fun walk, tree lighting ceremony, and more!
Saturday, December 7. Hometown Holly Days in MARSHALL, IL. Santa walk/run, breakfast with Santa, Christmas markets, Polar Express at Marshall Public Library, Festival of Lights, ice skating rink, showing of the Polar Express, tree lighting, lighted Christmas Parade.
Saturday, December 7. Rosedale Christmas Parade and Craft Bazaar. The biggest Christmas parade in Parke County!
Sunday, December 8. Lighted Christmas Parade in Jasonville.
Saturday, December 14. Santa Claus is coming to CLINTON. Clinton Christmas Parade and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Clinton Community Center. The fire truck will be escorting Santa and Mrs. Claus from the fire house at 332 Mulberry Street to Riverfront Park on Saturday December 14th at 5:00PM.
Saturday, December 14. Christmas parade in downtown Sullivan.
Saturday, December 14. Parade of Lights in MARTINSVILLE, IL. The 13th Annual 2024 Parade of Lights will be held on December 14, 2024. This annual event is brought to you each year in Martinsville by the Martinsville Fire Ladies Auxiliary. We invite you to bring your family and enjoy this magical holiday tradition.
