Paved Path, Little Free Library, Picnic Tables, and Butterfly Garden at the Lost Creek Township Garden Trail!

We’re always on the hunt for new outdoor play spaces and trails! Our newest discovery: the Lost Creek Township Garden Trail.

Paved Path, Little Free Library, and Butterfly Garden

Recently, we were sent the tip that there’s a beautiful paved path in Seelyville called the Lost Creek Township Garden Trail.

Here’s the info they passed along:

Really nice blacktopped walking trail. They have two pavilions with electricity. There is also a community garden and greenhouse. They are working on a public restroom and community center, but don’t have the funds quite yet. Beautiful spot for pictures. There is even a nice wooden bridge!

Even better? Their daughter had recently added a BEAUTIFUL Little Free Library to the area for her bronze award project for Girl Scouts!

When our family finally had the chance to visit, we were excited to see the signs for the butterfly garden and hear mention of space for a community garden for local residents.

The picnic tables and trail are designed to be open and accessible for all!

This paved path is right behind the post office and Dollar General. The sign does mention no rollerblades, bicycles, or scooters.

The area is secured with an abundance of cameras.

Thank you to the Cordray family for sharing words and pictures. Congrats, Olivia, for a job well done with the Little Free Library!
