Tuesday, February 15 and Wednesday, February 16.Chocolate and Spices class with Sons’ Spice Co. Experience the world of chocolate like never before as we pair different types of chocolate with spices! Cost: $20. Throughout the class, you’ll taste five different chocolate and spice combinations in various forms. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know about chocolate making and at the end, you’ll get to choose a spice of your choice and recipe to take home and make your own!
Wednesday, February 16. 5:30 pm. Read to Rover at the West Branch of the Vigo County Public Library. These good-natured therapy dogs are eager to listen to your child practice reading aloud in a stress-free setting, complete with cuddles, belly rubs, and ear scratches!

Saturday, February 19.Intro to 3D Printing with Haute Create at the Vigo County Public Library. Ages 9 & Up: 3D printers are available for your use in Haute Create, but do you know how to make or print your own files? Learn the best practices for preparing your file to print and for using Haute Create’s 3D printers safely with Intro to 3D Printing. Customers who wish to use Haute Create’s 3D printer independently must complete this class.
Sunday, February 20.Pancake Palooza for ages 4-8 with Sons’ Spice Co. Each attendee will learn how to make pancakes, whisking together and creating their own batter (They’ll be able to choose mix-ins to include too) and bringing it up to be cooked on the griddle. Then, they can choose to top the pancakes with tons of different toppings from a topping bar as well!
Saturday, February 20.Fun with French Toast for ages 9-13 at Sons’ Spice Co. Each attendee will learn how to make French toast from scratch! Whipping up their own custard, each student will form the foundation for beginner skills in the kitchen (cracking eggs, combining ingredients, whisking custard). Once, made they will bring their creation up to the griddle to be cooked. Then, they will choose to top their French toast with different toppings from the topping bar and enjoy their creation!
