Saturday, February 5. Buffalo Soldiers Winter Ride at Griffin Bike Park.

Saturday, February 5. 12th Annual Soup Bowl Benefit.  In lieu of an in-person event, the 2022 Soup Bowl Benefit presents a Soup Passport – a collection of coupons to local establishments that will entitle the holder to a free or discounted bowl of soup!

Saturday, February 5. Valentine’s Day Party for Kids with Maker Studio. Ceramic crafts and gifts!

Saturday, February 5 and Sunday, February 6. Friends of the Library Book Sale. Shop for books, DVDs, CDs, and more at the Friends of the Library Book Sale. Thousands of items will be available at low prices, from current bestsellers to your favorite classics. Proceeds from your purchases will be used to fund Library programs and services you enjoy!

Monday, February 7. Board game night at the West Branch of the Vigo County Public Library. Challenge your friends and family to the ultimate bonding experience at Board Game Night! A wide selection of new and classic board games will be available for all ages, including Kodama: The Tree SpiritsSantoriniBoggleWingspan, and The Sneaky, Snacky Squirrel. All ages and free!

Thursday, February 10, 17, and 24. Ballroom Dance Classes with The Dance Studio. Learn foxtrot, waltz, salsa, and cha cha!

Friday, February 11. Be My Valentine Late Skate at the Wigwam Skate and Event Center. Join an awesome Valentine’s Party! Parents are welcome to drop the kids off and enjoy a night on the town.  Only $15 includes admission, skate rental, love potion, and balloon drop!

February 11, 12, 14, and 15th. Dine-in Dinner special at Taco Luv with flautas, tacos, sides, and sopaipilla.

Late registrations February 13th through February 26th increases by $10.

Tuesday, February 15 and Wednesday, February 16. Chocolate and Spices class with Sons’ Spice Co. Experience the world of chocolate like never before as we pair different types of chocolate with spices! Cost: $20. Throughout the class, you’ll taste five different chocolate and spice combinations in various forms. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know about chocolate making and at the end, you’ll get to choose a spice of your choice and recipe to take home and make your own!

Wednesday, February 16. 5:30 pm. Read to Rover at the West Branch of the Vigo County Public Library. These good-natured therapy dogs are eager to listen to your child practice reading aloud in a stress-free setting, complete with cuddles, belly rubs, and ear scratches!

Thursday, February 17. Discoverers STEM experience at the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. Preschool discoverers dig into messy, silly, and fun science!

Friday, February 18. Valentine’s Couples Pottery with Deming Park Pottery.

Friday, February 18. Explore Vigo County Parks: Prairie Creek Park. 6-7pm. Bring a flashlight or headlamp. All ages and free!

Saturday, February 19. Intro to 3D Printing with Haute Create at the Vigo County Public Library. Ages 9 & Up: 3D printers are available for your use in Haute Create, but do you know how to make or print your own files? Learn the best practices for preparing your file to print and for using Haute Create’s 3D printers safely with Intro to 3D Printing. Customers who wish to use Haute Create’s 3D printer independently must complete this class.

Saturday, February 19. Share the Love diaper drive at the Terre Haute Farmer’s Market.

Sunday, February 20. Pancake Palooza for ages 4-8 with Sons’ Spice Co. Each attendee will learn how to make pancakes, whisking together and creating their own batter (They’ll be able to choose mix-ins to include too) and bringing it up to be cooked on the griddle. Then, they can choose to top the pancakes with tons of different toppings from a topping bar as well!

Saturday, February 20. Fun with French Toast for ages 9-13 at Sons’ Spice Co. Each attendee will learn how to make French toast from scratch! Whipping up their own custard, each student will form the foundation for beginner skills in the kitchen (cracking eggs, combining ingredients, whisking custard). Once, made they will bring their creation up to the griddle to be cooked. Then, they will choose to top their French toast with different toppings from the topping bar and enjoy their creation!

Saturday, February 26. Beginner’s Class with Deming Park Pottery.
