2019 Fireworks Schedule for Terre Haute and the Wabash Valley
Freedom Celebration at New Life Fellowship Church, Terre Haute, June 30
Join the fun, fellowship, and food! Bring your lawn chairs…there will be food trucks for concessions, a patriotic service, and fireworks at dusk. Service starts at 7PM, concessions begin at 6PM.
Mill Creek Lake & Park, Marshall, IL, July 3
24 miles from Terre Haute. Bounce houses, concession stands, and fireworks.
Light Up The Landing, Terre Haute, July 3
General parking is $3 per person and VIP parking is $10 a car. We will have bounce houses for the little ones, several food vendors, beer garden with a mix drink station, Chain Reaction, with the fireworks starting at dusk with a laser light show.

The Bridge Church, Terre Haute, July 4
The Bridge at 1901 8th Ave. Carnival activities, corn hole, hot dog eating contest, and more! ALL FREE! The festivities start at 6:00 p.m. Fireworks at dark.
Fairbanks Park, Terre Haute, July 4
The most electrifying fireworks display in the Wabash Valley will take place on July 4th at Fairbanks Park. The fun begins with the presentation of the colors at 8:00 p.m. followed by a spectacular musical production by the Terre Haute Community band until the fireworks display begins at dusk.You can find more info here.
Forest Park, Brazil, IN, USA, July 4
State Road 59 south of Brazil, 5 miles north of I-70
Aerial Arts puts on this great show, sponsored and paid for by the Brazil Rotary Club. It’s all in the sky, and can be best seen from the east side of Forest Park, or on the Forest Park Golf Course, but you can also get a unique perspective by watching through the trees on the midway. If you watch it on the golf course, PLEASE STAY OFF THE GREENS, and take any trash you see with you when you leave.
Many thousands attend, so get to the park early, and be patient with traffic on your way home! Firework parking and admission are both FREE…a service of Brazil Rotary Club.

Fourth of July Celebration, Casey, IL, July 4
Times listed are in CDT. Remember that there is an hour time difference between Terre Haute and our nearby neighbors in Illinois.

Humphrey’s Park, Linton Freedom Fest, July 4
The Linton Freedom Festival runs from June 29-July 6 and includes a carnival, marketplace, live music, and more. Fireworks begin at 10:30 on Monday, July 4.

Fireworks, West Union, July 4
West Union, Illinois celebrates Independence Day with a parade and activities at the local park followed by fireworks. Find out more info via the West Union 4th of July facebook page.
Sullivan Lake, July 6
As part of “Freedom Festival 2019,” there will be fireworks at dusk on July 6.

4th of July Celebration, Covington, IN, July 4
Parade, gigantic fireworks, and free entertainment. Baby contest, summer band, midway rides, and fireworks.
Town of Rosedale, July 4
Rosedale American Legion will have fireworks on the 4th of July! We will be providing hotdogs, hamburgers and chips starting around 6 pm! Feel free to bring a covered if you like! Kris Anderson will also be playing outside, weather permitting, starting at 7- until fireworks start! Bring your lawn chairs! We hope to have horseshoes, corn hole, and ladderball games too!

Shakamak Area, July 7
Shakamak Area Chamber Of Commerce Fireworks in Jasonville. Fireworks will be at dusk. Bring your lawn chairs! Rain date will be July 8th.
Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, July 7
Our shows continue to grow and we look forward to another BOOMING year! With over 10,000 people in attendance annually,we encourage visitors to arrive early to get parked and find your optimum viewing location. Reminder that the State Park stops collecting gate fees and all your generous donations go towards the 2019 show.
Fireworks begin at approximately 10:00 p.m.
4th of July Celebration, Paris, IL, July 7
Paris City Band will perform patriotic tunes in the afternoon, 71 Band will do a free concert starting around 6:30-Dusk. Free bouncy houses, miniature golf, games for kids. Food vendors, Splash Park, batting cages, all ability playgroup will be open. Lots of areas for picnics. The Paris fireworks will begin at dusk.

Haute Happenings can’t be held responsible for inaccuracies, typos, changes, human error, clouds, thunderstorms, or meltdowns from tired children (other than our own–we are responsible for them!) who have stayed up too late to watch the fireworks. 🙂
