Chester’s Field House of Horror. FREE home haunt.
Shattered Nightmares Haunted House. 1609 Lafayette Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47804. Terre Haute. October 2019.
Haunted Halloween Happenings at Deming Park. Come out and enjoy the “screams” on our haunted nights as we have volunteers from all over Terre Haute who dedicate their time to entertain our guests. Due to high attendance ticket lines my get cut off prior to ending times to ensure everyone gets through the ride lines. October 25 and 26.
Join Tell-Tale Tours for a Haunted History Walking Tour of Terre Haute, Indiana. Tell-Tale Tours offers two walking tours. The 90 minute Haunted History Walking Tour takes patrons on a walk through the dark and haunted history of Terre Haute. We will visit the haunts of ISU, a former gallows, a subterranean graveyard and other spooky spots.
Watch a scary or not-so-scary movie at the Moonlight Drive-In. Sammy Terry live, Maleficent, and GhostBusters are some of the shows offered in 2019 at the drive-in.

“Bones Family Graveyard.” In the past, this house was famous for its Christmas lights. But now this family seems to have turned its attention to Halloween decorations. Approximate address: 29th and Hulman in Terre Haute. (Note: Not a haunted house! Just impressive decor. The decorations have not been confirmed for 2019.)

Terror Mansion. 17 miles from Terre Haute in Brazil, Indiana. Terror Mansion is Clay County`s ONLY 2 story haunted attraction. The Mansion has many twists & turns, spirits and ghouls, and you never know where they will lead you next! Try to keep from being locked into the mansion, because you just may become a permanent resident.
Halls of Madness and Devious Toys. 30 miles from Terre Haute in Paris, IL. This haunted attraction has been one of central Illinois’ favorite scare spots for the last 14 years.
Linton Frightmares Haunted House. Friday and Saturday nights in October. 43.5 miles from Terre Haute in Linton, IN.
The Haunted Mansion in French Lick, Indiana. Located in the historic Beechwood Mansion (114 miles from Terre Haute) right on the boulevard in French Lick! Haunted Hike in Mattoon, Illinois. It’s the Nature Center’s most anticipated event: Haunted Hike! Visitors will hike our trails led by a guide through costumes characters, creepy creatures, and unexpected twists! After jumps and screams, visitors will be treated to a hayride back to the center. You might walk the trails, but you have not seen them like this! Haunted Hike is a family friendly event for individuals of all ages. Start by the campfire, enjoying s’mores, popcorn, hot chocolate, and cider. Then your guide will lead your group through the trails of the Douglas-Hart Nature Center where you will encounter creepy characters, wild creatures, spooky decorations, eerie noises, and more! Finally, your group will enjoy a hayride back to the nature center! Haunted Hike is stroller and ADA accessible.
Haunted Jail. October 5 and 6. 52 miles from Terre Haute in Covington, IN.
Haunted Village. 94 miles from Terre Haute in Spring Mill State Park. Join Spring Mill for our annual Haunted Village! October 13th will be filled with scares and horror as you take a spooky tour through the Pioneer Village! NO flashlights are allowed. Not recommended for children under 8!
