Learn about the importance of a healthy lifestyle at our fun and interactive stations during our annual Halloween party! This event is a partnership between the Rural Health Innovation Collaborative and THCM. Join us for all the FUN and wear your best Halloween costume! Admission is just $2 per person!
Tuesday, October 29. Halloween Cookie Class with Sprinkles. Get it, Ghouls! Zombie-walk on off to this haunted time! Come join us at Sprinkles to “creep” it real at this fun sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to get started in this sweet hobby and walk away with a scary good cookies.
All ages are welcome but anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Tuesday, October 29. Free Frite Nite: Halloween “1978” at the Moon Lite Drive-In Theater. Join us for a FREE showing of Halloween, 1978, the show will start at 7:15 with gates opening at 6:15pm.
Tuesday, October 29. Trunk or Treat at Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus.
Wednesday, October 30. Trunk or Treating at The Commons at Honey Creek. Put on your best Halloween costume and come see the residents and staff at The Commons at Honey Creek. Children can trick or treat at themed tables and trunks, with our residents and team members handing out candy to all the ghosts, princesses, superheroes and more! We’ll have refreshments as well as great photo opportunities.
Wednesday, October 30. Trunk or Treat at The Bridge. 5-8 pm. Hot dogs, face painting, inflatables, and trunk or treat.

October 30 and 31. Candy and goodies in 12 Points at Amosami Cheesecake Factory, Catmosphere Cat Cafe, Madam’s Curiosities, Magpie’s Nest, Sons’ Spice, and Tides of Tarot (only on October 30).
Thursday, October 31. Trick or Treat at the Meadows and get printed photos of your costumes ($5 each)!
Thursday, October 31. Trunk or Treat (Drive Through) at First Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Terre Haute. Bring your best costumes and bring the little ones to Trick or Treat on October 31st starting at 6pm and ending at 8pm, or until the candy runs out! We will have a hot dog roast and watch a movie while were handing out candy to the littles. This is a drive through experience so you will not even have to get out of your vehicles! We hope to see you then! We are located at 1875 S. Fruitridge Ave (directly next to the Humane Shelter)

Fridays and Saturdays in October. Haunted Corn Maze at L&A Family Farms. As we approach Halloween, things are getting a bit spooky at night out in our ten-acre corn maze! It will be open for those who have the nerve to explore it and discover what’s out there. Bring a friend and trek through the rustling leaves, but watch your back! There’s no telling what you’ll hear or run into while you’re out after dark.

Thursday, October 17. Haute Create: Spooky Sounds Workshop at the Vigo County Public Library. Ages 13 & Up: The sounds of slamming doors, footsteps coming down the stairs—even branches scratching against a window—can set the tone for a Halloween party, a haunted house, or a scary movie! At the Spooky Sounds Workshop, you’ll learn the basics of being a Foley artist, a person who specializes in making sound effects, and learn how to use Haute Studio to record a soundtrack of strange noises to play over a video.
Thursday, October 17. Ghost Hunt Tours in ROCKVILLE, IN. Ghost Hunt Tours are a walkthrough where you will spend an hour in each of the 3 main buildings and ghost hunt with crew members. Bring any equipment you have! The tour guide will provide you historical and paranormal information as you get to each building. These tours last 3 hours. Minimum age is 16.

Whether you’re looking to explore our fall activities or simply pick a pumpkin out of our pumpkin patch, Sensory Friendly Night is the perfect opportunity.

Friday, October 18-19. Unhaunted Halloween Happenings at Deming Park. Train rides, hay rides, snacks, treats, games, face painting, straw maze, pumpkin decorating, and spooky story time.
Saturday, October 19. Oktoberfest at Cannonball Harley-Davidson. Join us for a day of fun with delicious food, pumpkin painting and carving, trick-or-treating inside the store, and a costume contest!
Saturday, October 19. Campground Hill-O-Week Trunk or Treat with Zorah Shrine Nobles. Come Join the Hill Toppers for their 3rd annual campground Hill-o-ween trunk or treat. The public is invited to this event. Bring your kids in their favorite costumes! Food, fun, treats. This event will start at 5pm, and runs until 7pm.

Tuesday, October 22. Halloween Button Making at the Vigo County Public Library. Free! Ages 6–12: Your child can add a touch of spooky spirit to their everyday look or spruce up their costume with the perfect finishing touch at Halloween Button Making. Attendees will design their own buttons using a variety of craft supplies, then help assemble their pin with the button making machine! Limit of 3 buttons per child.

This sensory-friendly event is FREE for the whole family. Grab your family’s candy buckets, explore decorated cars and trucks, and collect treats and goodies. Complete your Halloween haul with a free book from the VCPL van. When the clock strikes 7:00 p.m., showcase your costume at the Outdoor Shelter to vie for prizes in the costume contest—whether you’re eerie, imaginative, or adorable! Participants will meet at the Fowler Park Log Barn and will be guided through the village if they dare! Ghosts and ghouls lurk around every corner! Tours will begin at 7:30 p.m. Parking is available in the barn parking lot. Auxiliary parking is available in the beach parking lot. The registration fee for this event is $5 and can be paid upon arrival! Hot chocolate, apple cider, and limited concessions will be available for purchase. This is a haunted event and is not recommended for children under the age of 13.
