FREE outdoor exercise equipment added to Hawthorn Park and Prairie Creek Park!

The Vigo County Parks Department recently finished construction on TWO areas with outdoor exercise equipment that are free and open to the public!
The installation at Prairie Creek Park is directly adjacent to the Elliot Woods Nature Preserve Trailhead.
The exercise equipment, provided by Kompan Inc., is free for use by the public and is regularly sanitized.
All outdoor exercise equipment display basic information about the machinery, including how to use each machine and age restrictions. Please exercise responsibly!
Note: please practice social distancing at all times while enjoying your Vigo County parks and make sure to wear face masks when applicable! Thanks in advance!

The second exercise space is found at Hawthorn Park next to the playground.
