With that in mind, it’s no surprise that we love Kate DiCamillo’s book,\u00a0\u00a0The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane<\/em><\/a>, and we will definitely be attending one (or more!) of these live theater performances.<\/p>\n

Crossroads Repertory Theatre has a long-standing reputation for producing innovative and high-quality shows and performances.\u00a0Actors, designers, directors, and technicians who have worked with Crossroads Rep have been recognized across the state, the country, and even worldwide for their work in professional theaters as well as in teaching theater in schools.<\/p>\n

The run time of the show is approximately 100 minutes, and the intended audience is ages 5 and up.<\/p>\n

I will, however, plan to take my younger children to the library show! What’s the library show? I’m so glad you asked! This is one of two FREE PERFORMANCES! With little more than a trunk of toys, a small troupe of actors will transport you from a cozy life of luxury to the bottom of the ocean and beyond. Based on Kate DiCamillo’s magical novel for youth, the unlikely odyssey of a vain and self-obsessed china doll rabbit unfolds to illuminate the beautiful, redemptive, and often difficult realities of love.<\/p>\n
