Want to make mom feel loved this year? Treat her (or, moms, you can treat yourself!) to one of these awesome Terre Haute Mother’s Day events! The event coordinators are doing everything in their power to make sure\u00a0moms and their families have a great time.<\/p>\n

May 5.<\/strong> Mother’s Day Tea at the ISU Bookstore.<\/a>\u00a0Join us for an afternoon to celebrate mom. We will have crafts, story time, and a relaxing tea for moms and kids to enjoy. This event is free and open to all ages.<\/p>\n

May 6.<\/strong> “Mommy & Me” Mother’s Day Event at Sycamore Winery.\u00a0<\/a>Join The Sycamore Winery for their first “Mommy and Me” event on Sunday, May 6 from 5:30pm – 8pm. This fun event is designed to celebrate mothers! No need to find a sitter, because children are encouraged to bring their mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and others to the winery to spend an evening shopping with local boutiques and sipping wine, all while the kids create a handmade gift. After they finish creating mom’s gift (and munching at the kid’s popcorn bar or sipping slushies), they will have a chance to do some secret shopping for mom or grandma before they leave.<\/p>\n

May 12.\u00a0<\/strong>Mother’s Day Canvas Event at Charm School.\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Mother\u2019s Day is just around the corner, and Charm School wants to celebrate with you by helping you paint a perfect gift to give yourself.<\/p>\n

May 12.<\/strong> Mother and Son Dance at the West Vigo Community Center.\u00a0<\/a>Moms, bring your boys out to dance the night away! We will have dinner, a DJ and plenty of room on the dance floor! ALL AGES WELCOME!\u00a0$20\/mother & son, $5 for each additional child.<\/p>\n

May 12.<\/strong> Dolly, Mommy, and Me: Spring Tea Party.\u00a0<\/a>Bring your daughter(s) and favorite dolly for an afternoon tea with Mommy. Enjoy Mother\u2019s Day crafts, jewelry making, treats and drinks, photo booth, carriage rides, and live harpist music. Participate in our American Girl Doll raffle for a chance to win. Registration & Payment Required by 5\/1\/18.<\/p>\n

May 13.<\/strong> Treat mom to a scrumptious brunch at The Landing. <\/a>Free specialty glass and drink, buffet, and endless chocolate fountain.<\/p>\n
