Sadly, Clabber Girl has decided to cancel Country Christmas in 2019. (Read their message here.<\/a>) Our family will miss this tradition but feel thankful that our community has so many other holiday opportunities. You can find them all in the Haute Happenings December calendar!<\/h3>\n

Clabber Girl Country Christmas<\/a> has become a bit of a Christmas tradition at our house. We love Clabber Girl, Christmas, and supporting local businesses<\/a>. So\u00a0of course\u00a0we’re big fans! Scroll down for info and a giveaway!<\/p>\n

Clabber Girl Country Christmas<\/h2>\n

December 15, 2018<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Country Christmas activities will kick off at 12:30PM and go until 4:30PM.<\/h3>\n

If you’ve never been to a Christmas event at Clabber Girl, let me give you a little preview.<\/p>\n

\"Clabber<\/p>\n

This year there are TWO Breakfast with Santa sessions<\/strong> at 8AM and 10:30AM (100 tickets\/session).<\/p>\n

Attendees at breakfast with Santa will get their professional pictures with Santa in his sleigh included in their ticket this year.<\/p>\n

Breakfast tickets are $10.00\/child ticket and $20.00\/adult ticket.<\/p>\n

Country Christmas activities will kick off at 12:30PM and go until 4:30PM.<\/p>\n

In theory, your family could wander\u00a0around and not spend a dime. In the past, we’ve\u00a0watched\u00a0an artist paint, listened to a story from Mrs. Claus, said hi to the horse and carriage, and sung along with the carolers for no cost.<\/p>\n

This year Clabber Girl Country Christmas has simplified the ticket pricing by making an all-activities pass for $5.00.<\/p>\n

You can also get an activity pass plus picture with Santa for $10.00.<\/p>\n

Activities include crafts, stories with Mrs. Claus, personalized gingerbread man cookie and more.<\/p>\n

Surprising highlight of this year’s Clabber Girl Country Christmas? Watching and listening to our girls sing with the carolers. Our four-year-old seems to have a natural ear for music (like her daddy) and our six-year-old loves the community that comes with singing in a group (just like me). Sometimes they’re so like us it’s scary.<\/a><\/p>\n

I had a few questions about ticket pricing for pictures, and this is what I learned from Clabber Girl.<\/p>\n

“If someone wants to come and just get a picture with Santa, he\/she will still be able to do that for $5.00 (same price as in years past). You pay per printed picture, and you may have all the kids in for one photo. Same goes for the activities + photo pass.\u00a0 If you had 3 kids and they want to do the activities, but you just want one copy of the picture of all three of them\u2026 you could do 2 activity passes and then 1 activity + picture.”<\/p>\n

This year, Clabber Girl has generously offered Haute Happenings the chance to give away prize packages with activity passes to TWO families. We’ll use the rafflecopter widget to choose\u00a0 TWO WINNERS on December 12 to win this awesome prize!<\/p>\n
