Group activities that exercise mental and musical muscles!\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Brain Games & Story Time Events<\/h3>\n

FREE, weekly story time<\/strong> at Barnes and Noble. Tuesdays at 6 p.m. for ages 3-6. Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. for ages 6-8. There will be a different theme each week! Call 812-232-2665 with questions.<\/p>\n

Tween Book Club at Barnes and Noble.<\/strong> Tweens gather in the Starbucks cafe to choose a book. The next meeting, they discuss! If there’s a film version of the book, they may even take a field trip to screen the movie. First and third Tuesday of the month. 6 p.m. Ages 11-14.<\/p>\n

Chess Club.<\/strong> Vigo County Public Chess Club, Room C. Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 p.m.\u00a0Learn how to play chess or test your skills in a game with an experienced chess player! Open to all ages and skill levels. Call Youth Services for more information, 232-1115.<\/p>\n

Tot Time<\/strong> at the Terre Haute Children’s Museum<\/a> is a\u00a0FREE (with admission), hands-on, science-based educational program for children ages 2-5 and their caregiver.\u00a0 Programs will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month (exceptions may apply – check website regularly) at 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.<\/p>\n

Kid Cow<\/strong> at Chick Fil A. \u00a0Preschoolers (ages 2-4) \u00a0participate in crafts and activities centered on the chosen Kid Cow theme. 9:30-11:00 a.m. You can read more about Kid Cow HERE<\/a>. Dates and themes are as follows:<\/p>\n
