- Tour the renovated\u00a0library<\/a> <\/strong>on Friday, September 26 from \u00a05:00-7:00 p.m. Enjoy refreshments and a tour of the newly remodeled facility.<\/li>\n
- The Cory Apple Festiva<\/a>l<\/strong> is September 26, 27, & 28th. \u00a0There will be yard sales, a flea market, corn hole tournament, lawnmower derby, and a parade! Cory is located southeast of Terre Haute on State Road 46.<\/li>\n
- Barnes and Noble will be hosting “the Blue Zone,”<\/a><\/strong> a free event that sounds great for kids! Bounce house, duck pond, face painting, temporary tattoos, games, and a bubble station. 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, September 27 in the ISU bookstore parking lot.<\/li>\n
- Family Learning Day<\/a> <\/strong>will be held on Saturday at the library from 9 a.m. until noon. Crafts, games, music, AND FREE BOOKS.<\/li>\n
- UFO Tribute Celebration<\/a> <\/strong>to benefit the Vigo County Historical Museum. The family fun event is from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday at the airport. You’ll see World War II actors, \u00a0a vintage aircraft, and a special performance by the Crosley Radio Players. $5 per person or $20 per car. Plane rides available for $20.<\/li>\n
- Free skating at the Wigwam.<\/a><\/strong> 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-11:00 p.m. Skate rental $3.<\/li>\n
- Families are invited to attend the last rehearsal before the Symphony concert<\/a><\/strong> on Saturday. 2:00-2:30 p.m. FREE.<\/li>\n
- ISU Family Football Day at Memorial Stadium<\/a><\/strong> on Saturday, September 27th. Cornhole, food and drinks, kids’ carnival, and superheroes!<\/li>\n
- Meet the alpacas at the open house at the White Violet Center<\/a><\/strong> on Sunday, September 28th from 1- 4 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
