Terre Haute Valentine’s Day Events
Surprise your loved one with a special candy, fitness, or non-sweet bouquet to benefit Vigo County CASA. Pick up or have them delivered! A sweet surprise that makes a difference in our community. Not in to sweets we have a non-sweet and even one for those wanting to be healthy! Call 812-231-5658 or stop by the offices. All orders must be in by 2/11.
Nothing says love like pizza! Order large, thin crust, heart-shaped pizzas at all three Pizza Gallery locations February 10-16.
Thurs Feb 6. Galentine’s Day Cake Decorating Class at Baesler’s Market. Join us for a Galentine’s Day themed cake decorating class taught by our cake decorators! During the two hour class you will learn how to: base ice a cake, make borders, write on a cake & make flowers. There will be plenty of Valentine’s Day themed items to decorate with. This is a class recommended for those 15+, but feel free to reach out with any questions.
Fri Feb 7. First Friday: Love Downtown. Come see why we LOVE Downtown Terre Haute! Visit restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, bars and more! See what our community has to offer.
Fri Feb 7 and Sat Feb 8. Murder at Aunt Agatha’s. Dinner Theatre at Maple Avenue United Methodist Church. Show follows dinner with dessert!
Fri Feb 8. Anti V-Day Party at Tollys Bar. Love is in the air….try not to breathe. Cheers to all the single pringles and Valentine’s Day haters, this party is for YOU. SHRED YOUR EX: Bring in pictures of your ex and put them in our shred box. DARTS AT CUPID: Throw darts at stupid Cupid.
Wed Feb 12. Kids, Cookies, and Cupcakes at the Dawgleg Restaurant. Come join us to decorate Cookies and Cupcakes right before Valentine’s Day! We will have snacks, treat bags and of course you’ll take home your decorative cookies and cupcakes. Call today to reserve your spot: 812-299-5353 ext.2. Cost is $10.00 per person
Thurs Feb 13. Wear Red and Skate for Free at the Wigwam. Wear Red & Skate FREE Valentines Party. 6:00pm -9:00pm. Rental $3 extra if needed. If not in red, admission $3.
Thurs Feb 13. 6pm. Galentine’s Day at the main library (VCPL). Gather with your favorite girls and celebrate female friendship with a delicious waffle bar, DIY nail polish station, adult coloring, and a photo booth. Bring your friends or come ready to meet new ones at this drop-in event.
Thurs Feb 13. Vigo County Parks and Recreation Department Valentine’s Day Party. Spend Valentine’s Day with the VCPRD! Bring a date or a group of friends to the Fowler Park Log Barn for a “romantic” evening filled with a screening of a romantic comedy (TBD), sweet treats provided by local bakeries, dry “mocktails”, and Valentine’s Day themed games!
Fri Feb 14. Date night at the WEST branch of the Vigo County Public Library. Visit the Library this Valentine’s Day for a special after-hours night out. Enjoy pizza while watching Aladdin, the classic Arabian fable of a young street rat who befriends a Genie and wins the heart of a princess. If you’re interested, stay after the movie for a short discussion of the film and how it relates to the oral traditions of Arabian folklore.
Fri Feb 14. Valentine’s Day Kid’s Night Out at Highland-Church. Drop the kids off to enjoy a Kid’s Night Out with food, games, and FUN while the parent’s enjoy a Valentine’s night out! $10/child. Fri Feb 14. Balloon-A-Gram from Cobblestone Crossing. Balloon-A-Grams include: Mylar balloon, cake pop bundle, personalized greeting, and delivery or pickup. Bundles will be ready for pickup or delivery to local residences on Friday, February 14, 2020.

Sat Feb 15. Dueling Pianos in Sullivan, Indiana. The Brick House Dueling Pianos are making their FIFTH annual appearance at the Sullivan Civic Center on Saturday, February 15th! Doors Open at 7:30pm with the show starting at 8pm. Hor d’oeuvres, tea, lemonade are included in your ticket price. Cash bar will be available, must be 21 to attend.
Sat Feb 15. Annual Valentine’s Comedy Show at Brazil Elks. $20 per ticket. Ages 21 and older.
Sat Feb 15. Parent’s Night Out at Cornerstone Bible Church. Parents, drop your children off with us tonight to support two great causes: First, Your marriage/relationship! Take your spouse/significant other out on a date for Valentine’s Day. We’ll love on your kids so you can relax. Secondly, We are raising funds to send a missions team to Hungary. We have an incredible opportunity to do a lot of good in a little time. We will be serving dinner for your children. Please let us know if you have any food allergies. We ask you to donate $10 per child for this night.
