Every Tuesday night this summer, Moonlite Drive-In Theater will show a different classic film. Admission is free! Check their facebook page for updates!

Bring your family, friends, blankets and chairs and join us for Vigo County Parks & Recreation Department’s Movie in the Park summer series with DeeJay Danny Wayne!
Summer films include: JUNE 21st: Homeward Bound the Incredible Journey (G) /
JULY 19th: Angels in the Outfield (PG)
AUGUST 16th: Richie Rich (PG)
SEPTEMBER 20th: Little Giants (PG) .
Activities begin at 7:00 p.m. Movie starts at sundown (times will vary). Popcorn, candy, drinks & glow bracelets will be available for purchase. All proceeds go to Vigo County Parks and Recreation Department.

Linton Cinema Free Summer Movies
Our Tuesday showings of the FREE Summer Kids Films Will now be “Sensory Friendly” Showings! At Sensory Friendly showings, we leave the lights up and lower the sound. Children are welcome to clap, sing, dance and just be themselves! Perfect for first time movie goers and our friends on the autism spectrum!
Show time is 10am. Admission is FREE for everyone!
Wed & Thurs screenings will remain standard lights down and sound up.

Sensory-Friendly Shows in Terre Haute
Are you familiar with the sensory-friendly shows at select AMC theaters? They’re great for kids, because it’s perfectly acceptable for audience members to get up, walk around, dance, and sing. 2019 includes new shows such as Aladdin and Secret Life of Pets 2.
Summer Shows at Drive-In Movie Theaters Near Terre Haute
There’s something lovely and idyllic about watching a movie at a drive-in theater.
The Tibbs Theater (where you get two shows for the price of one) is in Indianapolis, if you’re up for a little drive.
There’s also a drive-in theater slightly closer in Spencer, Indiana! You can find more info about Cinema 67 HERE.
The Moon Lite Drive-In Theatre in Terre Haute is open! Stay tuned! In addition to their Retro Tuesday events, they’ll show new movies all summer long.

FREE Movie Showings at the Vermillion County Public Library in Newport, IN
Meet in the gym every Wednesday at 1:00 PM in June and July for big screen showings of great new releases (to be announced)! Free popcorn, air conditioning, and great family flicks are sure to help ease boredom during the week, all summer long!
